By accessing the Kallskär SFR-1000 simulator, our external web hubs, or authenticating via our Roblox OAuth application, you agree to abide by the following Terms of Service. Kallskär RBLX ("we", "us", or "our") reserves the right to revoke access to any user found violating these protocols.
The facility is a cooperative simulation requiring coordination across multiple control rooms. Operators must adhere to the following standards:
The use of exploits, injectors, or any unauthorized third-party software to manipulate physics, bypass playtime requirements for critical controls, or alter server datastores will result in an immediate, unappealable permanent ban from all Kallskär RBLX infrastructure (including external web hubs and Discord).
Kallskär RBLX Administration and authorized Moderation Personnel reserve the right to mute, kick, or ban operators who violate these terms, disrupt the operational integrity of the plant, or violate the Roblox Community Standards. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our web hubs and private servers at any time, without notice, for conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be unacceptable.
Kallskär RBLX is an independent game development group operating on the Roblox platform. The in-game entity "Kallskär Kraftgrupp AB" (KKG) is a purely fictional, alternate-history corporation created for roleplay and simulation purposes. We are not affiliated with any real-world power companies, the Swedish government, Svenska kraftnät, Vattenfall, or any real-world nuclear regulatory bodies. The mathematical models and operational parameters provided are for entertainment and educational purposes only.
The Kallskär SFR-1000 simulator, web hubs, and OAuth services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Kallskär RBLX makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the game's uptime, the persistence of private server data, or the flawless operation of our web infrastructure.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kallskär RBLX and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of Roblox currency, or emotional distress arising from in-game emergencies, server resets, or administrative bans.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the web hub shall be resolved in the courts of this jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service as the simulation evolves. Continued use of the Kallskär RBLX facility following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new protocols.
